these photos are taken from a taxi on our way to catch a train out of the city. the sun was near setting, and everything was washed with it's orange light. the sun appeared through the crossing streets. i could hardly catch it's beauty through these photos.
i'm back! i'll give you an update soon, but for now I want to post the rest of my New York photos. Here are photos from our time in SOHO. it was so hot (just look at that poor dog) we took refuge with cool yogurt at chobani. it was a treat. i made my own combo with granola, strawberries and dark chocolate. delish.
now, we couldn't go to new york with out getting some new york style pizza. kelsey took us to lombardi's pizza, where we got a giant pizza with fresh mozzarella and basil. it was good. really good. if you can't tell by the look in our faces, we were fully enjoying or linner(lunch+dinner... because kelsey doesn't believe in eating until after 4). also, did you notice that the pizza chef smiled for my photo! he's awesome.
