on the way home from work the other week i couldn't help but notice spring's arrival. bloomington is beautiful this time of year, and i love the abundance of daffodils and hyacinths around. jordan and i went to dinner downtown to take in it all and he even let me take all of these photos. maybe it's a little much, but i couldn't help myself.

welcome to my first installment of #tbt (or throw back thursday) i have yet to participate, but what a better place than my blog? i have all of these photos that haven't seen the internet. this year jordan and i have been wanting to go on some sort of trip, but the timing has been so difficult. we were thinking back on all the trips we went on last year. there were so many, from this one to chicago and we even went all the way to bermuda (i can't wait to share that one). i am a little bummed that we won't be as free this year (well, i will be... sorry, jordan) but, i can relive the trips we took last year on here. so, this will be fun. so, look forward to some blasts from the past on here on thursdays!
with the weather being so nice, we couldn't resist spending an afternoon enjoying the oak street beach. although we didn't think about entering the frigid lake michigan. but, i was just pinching myself as i soaked in the sun.
we couldn't pass up a visit to the leggo store! we might have spent a little too much time there building, that we had to unwillingly leave as they started closing. 
we couldn't leave without having lunch by the bean!
